Project description
I tutorial disponibili all'indirizzo https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape-tutorials/wiki sono fantastici, ma la maggior parte è basata su GUI e non è automatizzata in Python o R.
Scriverò i contenuti dei tutorial di Cytoscape sia in Python che in R, per quanto possibile, e creerò il sito della galleria Jupyter Notebook e R Markdown.
Il design di questi siti sarà simile a https://plot.ly/ipython-notebooks/ e https://rmarkdown.rstudio.com/gallery.html.
Per mantenere la coerenza dei nuovi contenuti, utilizzerò i servizi CI e https://github.com/cytoscape/docker-cytoscape-desktop (ovvero automatizzerò l'esecuzione di Jupyter Notebook e R Markdown).
