當警示發生變更時，請發出參照先前警示的新警示。請勿變更或移除動態饋給中的現有快訊。在 24 至 48 小時等適當時間過後，請從動態饋給中移除已取消、已更新或已過期的警報。

請按照下列方式處理事件變更或到期情形：

• UPDATE 或 CANCEL <msgType> 必須包含至少一個 <references> 元素。
• 取消事件的方式有三種，依優先順序如下：
  1. 為每個事件設定 <expires> dateTime 值。在訊息說明中，設定這則快訊的預期結束時間。
  2. 在未來不久內，發出包含 <msgType> UPDATE、<responseType> "All Clear" 和 <expires> 的新 <alert> 訊息。
  3. 使用 <msgType> CANCEL 發出新的 <alert> 訊息。在 <references> 元素中，參照要取消的原始快訊。
