I need your help designing an AI personal trainer agent which will serve as the brain of an app I am designing. The main purpose of this agent is to create highly customized workout plans for the user that take into account information about the user, such as their goals, preferences, how they're feeling (soreness / injuries), and what's going on in the user's life. I have previously created two spec docs: @[data_architecture_spec.md] and @[client_architecture_spec.md] which should serve as helpful context for you.
The end deliverable is a document containing the following information:
* The system instructions. We will be using context caching in our application and will cache the system instructions. This describes who the agent is and how it functions.
* A list of prompts for each type of request a user can make from the application.
* A list of tools and capabilities of the agent.
It is important this agent creates a truly personalized and USEFUL experience for the user. I want the user to feel like they have a world-class personal trainer in their pocket.
Begin by reviewing the documents I provided, and then ask me clarifying questions. Once you feel like you have enough information to create the doc, confirm with me before creating the deliverable.
