כלול את הפרטים הבאים:
- תיאור קצר של הבעיה.
- כתובת ה-URL של הדף שבו נתקלת בבעיה.
- הוראות לשחזור הבעיה.
- האם נתקלת בבעיה יותר מפעם אחת?
- מה ציפית שיקרה? מה קרה במקום זאת?
- איזה דפדפן (כולל גרסה) ומערכת הפעלה?
- מתי ראית את הבעיה? יש לכלול תאריך, שעה ואזור זמן. עדיף להשתמש ב-UTC.
- התפקיד שלכם: משתתף, מנטור, אדמין
- כל מידע אחר שיכול להיות שימושי.
