11. Post-Launch Monitoring (you)

Once you've launched, ensure that you monitor the health of your integration. The following thresholds must be maintained:

  • CreateBooking or CreateOrder error rates less than 5%, on a daily basis.
  • CheckAvailability or CheckOrderFullfillability error rates less than 15%, on a daily basis.
  • BookingNotification errors less than 10%, continuously.
  • Feeds submitted daily.

Error rates can be monitored through the various Partner Portal dashboards, namely the Booking Server, Real-time Updates, and Feeds dashboards.
