La gestion d'une liste de mots clés à exclure ou d'emplacements à exclure est une tâche courante dans le cadre de la gestion des campagnes Google Ads. Cette liste sert généralement à filtrer les mots clés ou les emplacements qui génèrent du trafic indésirable vers votre site Web.

Google Ads accepte les listes de critères à exclure que vous pouvez partager avec plusieurs campagnes d'un même compte. Toutefois, appliquer la liste à plusieurs campagnes d'un compte volumineux et la garder synchronisée au fil du temps peut présenter des difficultés. Le script de liste à exclure courant simplifie cette tâche en vous permettant de gérer les critères négatifs via une feuille de calcul.

Comment ça marche ?

Le script lit les critères négatifs à partir d'une feuille de calcul Google Sheets. Elle crée une liste de critères à exclure partagée dans le compte Google Ads, puis la synchronise avec les critères de la feuille de calcul. Des listes distinctes sont créées pour les mots clés et les emplacements.

Le script s'assure ensuite que la liste de critères à exclure est appliquée à toutes les campagnes du compte. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez limiter la liste des campagnes en spécifiant un libellé dans la feuille de calcul de configuration pour filtrer les résultats à inclure lors du traitement des campagnes.

Le script peut éventuellement envoyer un e-mail résumant ses actions à l'adresse e-mail spécifiée dans la feuille de calcul de configuration.

Configuration

Le script utilise une feuille de calcul pour la configuration. Les paramètres de configuration suivants sont compatibles:

  • Par défaut, le script traite toutes les campagnes ENABLED et PAUSED d'un compte. Pour limiter la liste des campagnes traitées, procédez comme suit :
    1. Créez un libellé dans chaque compte à traiter.
    2. Appliquez ce libellé à la liste des campagnes à traiter.
    3. Spécifiez ce libellé dans la cellule C3 de la feuille de calcul de configuration.
  • Indiquez une adresse e-mail dans la cellule C6 pour recevoir un e-mail récapitulatif une fois l'exécution du script terminée.
  • Le script crée des listes de critères à exclure partagées distinctes pour les mots clés et les emplacements dans les comptes qu'il traite. Indiquez le nom des listes de critères négatifs partagées dans la feuille de calcul de configuration, les cellules C4 et C5.
  • Omettez tout préfixe de protocole (http:// ou https://) de toute URL d'emplacement dans votre liste d'emplacements.
  • Assurez-vous que les URL d'emplacement ne se terminent pas par une barre oblique (/).
  • Vérifiez que toutes les URL d'emplacement sont en minuscules dans votre feuille de calcul.

Planification
