Method: customBiddingAlgorithms.patch

  • This operation updates an existing custom bidding algorithm using a PATCH request to a specified URL.

  • The request requires a path parameter to identify the custom bidding algorithm and a query parameter to specify the fields to update.

  • Both the request and response bodies utilize the CustomBiddingAlgorithm object to handle data.

  • Authorization using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video scope is necessary.

Updates an existing custom bidding algorithm. Returns the updated custom bidding algorithm if successful.

Requests updating a custom bidding algorithm assigned to a line item will return an error.

customBiddingAlgorithm.customBiddingAlgorithmId

string (int64 format)

Output only. The unique ID of the custom bidding algorithm. Assigned by the system.

Query parameters

updateMask

string (FieldMask format)

Required. The mask to control which fields to update.

This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".

Request body

The request body contains an instance of CustomBiddingAlgorithm.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of CustomBiddingAlgorithm.
