Come creare un ordine di inserzione

Come attivare un ordine di inserzione
Gli ordini di inserzione devono essere creati in stato di bozza. Utilizza una richiesta patch per aggiornare il campo entityStatus di InsertionOrder. Gli elementi pubblicitari nell'ordine di inserzione non pubblicheranno annunci
a meno che l'ordine di inserzione non sia attivo.
