Comments: get

  • Support for the v2.0 JSON API will be discontinued on September 30th, 2024, requiring updates to applications using it.

  • This method retrieves a single Comments Resource by its ID using a GET request.

  • Authentication is required for private blogs but not for public blogs when using this method.

  • Required parameters for the request include blogId, commentId, and postId.

  • A successful request returns a Comments resource in the response body.

Authentication is required if the comment is on a blog that is private. If the comment is on a blog that is public, then this method can be called without authentication.
