Move to Production

Upon successful completion of the Sandbox Review milestone, you should be receiving a notification from the Google team confirming that your Production SFTP servers are active.

Once your SFTP servers are active, proceed with the following in Production:

Upload Feeds to Production SFTP Servers

Note: Uploading to Production does not automatically enable your integration. The Google team must enable you to begin uploading feeds in Production.

Once you are eligible to begin working in Production, upload your data using feeds to the Production environment.

Your Production SFTP username can be found in the Partner Portal

If you have been uploading Production data in Sandbox, upload the same feeds to the Production servers. Otherwise, send Production-quality data in your feeds that adhere to our policies.

Production feeds must be uploaded on a 24 hour cadence, even after you launch.

Production Review

When you have uploaded the required feeds in production environment and feeds are processed successfully and you have reviewed Launch readiness checklist, request a review of your integration by creating a support case using the Create a support case page.
