Consigli speciali su CAP per gli tsunami

Parametri tsunami strutturati

Un avviso tsunami include idealmente alcune o tutte le seguenti informazioni:

  • Tempi di arrivo, altezze e località delle onde
    • Tempi e altezze devono includere sia i valori previsti sia i valori osservati. Per le altezze, possono essere esatte (ad es. "0,5 m") o un intervallo (ad es. "0,3 m - 0,5 m"). Per gli orari questi devono essere esatti (ad esempio 2012-04-11T17:00:13-07:00).
    • Per consentire a Google Public Alert di mostrare orari e altezze di arrivo, i luoghi devono essere indicati come punti con latitudine e longitudine. I nomi delle località devono essere univoci e facili da usare.
  • Forme di segmenti costieri, che possono essere forniti come file di forma o KML a condizione che il nome geografico sia presente nel file
  • Risorse rich media come mappe energetiche o mappe dei tempi di percorrenza

Poiché la specifica OASIS CAP non dispone di linee guida su come gli enti avvisi potrebbero fornire informazioni specifiche per tsunami, abbiamo identificato i formati con cui abbiamo lavorato in precedenza e che sono quindi compatibili con Google Public Alert.
