GSoC web sitesinden 403 hatası almanızın çeşitli nedenleri olabilir. En yaygın nedenlerden bazıları aşağıda açıklanmıştır:
Aynı tarayıcı profilinde birden çok Google hesabına giriş yapmış olmanız gerekir.
Çoklu giriş desteklenmez ve her hesabı kendi tarayıcı profiline ayırmanızı öneririz. (Site, App Engine'de çalışır. API, çoklu girişi desteklemek için API'yi açığa çıkarır.)
Bu yılın GSoC örneği için hesabınız yok. Daha önceki yıllarda çalışmış olsanız bile her yıl yeniden kaydolmanız gerekir.
Öğrencilerin öğrenci başvuru döneminde kaydolması gerekir. Mentorların mentorluk yapmak istedikleri kuruluştan davetiye istemeleri gerekir.
