Issue Tracker は、プロダクト開発中にバグや機能リクエストを追跡するために Google 内部で使用されるツールです。特定のプロジェクトについて Google のチームと連携して取り組むことを必要とする外部の一般ユーザーおよびパートナー ユーザーの皆さんに Google 外部でご利用いただけます。
Issue Tracker は汎用的な問題追跡ツールではなく、外部チームが独自の問題追跡に使用することを目的としたコンシューマ向けプロダクトとして提供されていません。このツールは、Google プロダクトに関する一般的なフィードバックを送信するためのものではありません。フィードバックの送信手順については、各サービスのドキュメントをご覧ください。
対象読者
Issue Tracker は、次の 2 つのユーザーを対象としています。
- Google が指定した、承認済みの限定的なプロジェクトの一般ユーザー
- Google と特定のプロジェクトで共同作業しているパートナー ユーザー
Issue Tracker には、各プロジェクトの問題を検索、表示、作成、変更できるユーザーを管理するアクセス制御権限があります。これらの権限は、プロジェクトごとに Google によって指定されます。Google 以外のユーザーは、Issue Tracker に新しいプロジェクトを追加したり、権限を管理したりすることはできません。
一般ユーザー
一般ユーザーとは、Google が Issue Tracker を問題追跡ツールとして指定している特定のプロジェクトのユーザーまたはデベロッパーです。問題トラッカーが承認済みのトラッキング ツールではないプロジェクトのユーザーとデベロッパーは、問題トラッカーを使用して独自の問題をトラッキングできません。
一般ユーザーは、次の URL から Issue Tracker にアクセスできます。https://issuetracker.google.com
パートナー ユーザー
パートナー ユーザーは、Issue Tracker を使用する特定のプロジェクトで Google と連携している企業または組織のユーザーです。
パートナー ユーザーは、パートナー固有のアクセス手順に沿って操作する必要があります。Issue Tracker には、https://partnerissuetracker.corp.google.com の URL からアクセスできます。
利用規約
問題トラッカーの使用には、Google 利用規約利用規約、サービス固有の規約ユーザー コンテンツと行動に関するポリシー、Google プライバシー ポリシーが適用されます。
問題トラッカーのユーザー コンテンツと行動に関するポリシーには、問題トラッカーへの送信に適さない情報の種類（機密性の高い個人情報やスパムなど）が詳しく記載されています。不適切なコンテンツを Issue Tracker に送信しないでください。誤って不適切なコンテンツを送信した場合は、サポート チケットを送信して削除をリクエストしてください。
