Enviar eventos

Sigue esta guía para familiarizarte con el proceso de envío de conversiones de ventas en la tienda de Google Ads con la API de Data Manager.

En esta guía, completarás los siguientes pasos:

  1. Prepara un objeto Destination para recibir datos de eventos.
  2. Prepara los datos de eventos para enviarlos.
  3. Compila una solicitud IngestionService para eventos.
  4. Envía la solicitud con el Explorador de APIs de Google.
  5. Comprende las respuestas correctas y de error.

Prepara destinos

Antes de enviar datos, debes preparar al menos un objeto Destination para los datos. Estos son los campos de un objeto Destination. Consulta Configura destinos para obtener más detalles y ejemplos de destinos para diferentes situaciones.

Selecciona la pestaña que corresponda a tu caso de uso.

  • Selecciona Anunciante si usas credenciales para una Cuenta de Google que es un usuario en las cuentas de anunciante que deseas administrar.
  • Selecciona Socio de datos si usas credenciales para una cuenta de Google que es un usuario en una cuenta de socio de datos y deseas administrar cuentas de anunciantes que tienen una vinculación de socio a la cuenta de socio de datos. Las cuentas de socios de datos se emiten solo después de pasar por el proceso de aprobación. Para comenzar, completa el formulario de interés.

Anunciante

operatingAccount

Es la cuenta que recibe los eventos. Debe ser la cuenta de Google Ads propietaria de la acción de conversión.

Establece accountType en GOOGLE_ADS y accountId en tu ID de cliente de Google Ads de 10 dígitos (sin guiones).

loginAccount

Es la cuenta en la que la Cuenta de Google de las credenciales es un usuario.

productDestinationId

Es el ID de la acción de conversión de Google Ads en el objeto operatingAccount que recibe los eventos.

La acción de conversión debe tener el parámetro type establecido en STORE_SALES. En la IU de Google Ads, la Fuente de conversión de una acción de conversión STORE_SALES es Ventas en la tienda.

Socio de datos

operatingAccount

Es la cuenta que recibe los eventos. Debe ser la cuenta de Google Ads propietaria de la acción de conversión.

Establece accountType en GOOGLE_ADS y accountId en tu ID de cliente de Google Ads de 10 dígitos (sin guiones).

loginAccount

Es la cuenta a la que tiene acceso el usuario de la credencial.

Establece accountId en el ID de la cuenta de tu socio de datos y accountType en DATA_PARTNER. Google te proporciona el ID de tu cuenta de socio de datos una vez que se aprueba tu solicitud de socio.

linkedAccount

Es la cuenta con un vínculo de socio establecido a través del cual el usuario de la credencial tiene acceso a operatingAccount.

Si un elemento superior de operatingAccount está vinculado a tu cuenta de socio de datos, establece linkedAccount como el elemento superior de operatingAccount. Si el operatingAccount está vinculado directamente a tu cuenta de socio de datos, no establezcas linkedAccount.

productDestinationId

Es el ID de la acción de conversión de Google Ads en el objeto operatingAccount que recibe los eventos.

La acción de conversión debe tener el parámetro type establecido en STORE_SALES. En la IU de Google Ads, la Fuente de conversión de una acción de conversión STORE_SALES es Ventas en la tienda.

En el ejemplo de esta guía, se muestra cómo crear una solicitud que envíe cada evento al mismo destino. Si deseas enviar eventos para varios destinos en la misma solicitud, consulta Cómo enviar eventos para varios destinos.

Prepara los datos de eventos

Antes de enviar datos de eventos en una solicitud, debes prepararlos de la siguiente manera:

  1. Formatea los valores sin procesar según se especifica en la guía de formato.
  2. Los identificadores de usuario, como las direcciones de correo electrónico, los nombres y los apellidos, deben codificarse con hash usando el algoritmo SHA-256 y codificarse con codificación hexadecimal (hex) o Base64.
  3. Construye tu carga útil de Event con los valores con formato y hash.

En la siguiente tabla, se muestran datos de eventos de ejemplo que progresan desde la entrada sin procesar hasta el valor final de la carga útil, pasando por el formato:

Convierte los datos en objetos Event

Convierte los datos con formato y codificación hash de cada evento en un Event.

Requisitos de los campos de eventos

Crea tus eventos según los requisitos de la siguiente tabla. Consulta la documentación de referencia de Event para ver la lista completa de campos disponibles.

Campo Estado Descripción
eventTimestamp Obligatorio La hora en que ocurrió el evento. Consulta Formato de marca de tiempo.
transactionId Obligatorio Es un identificador único para el evento de conversión que se usa para la eliminación de duplicados.
eventSource Obligatorio Es el origen del evento. Se debe establecer en IN_STORE.
conversionValue Obligatorio Es el valor monetario asociado con el evento.
currency Obligatorio Es el código de moneda de 3 letras según la norma ISO 4217 (como USD o EUR) asociado a los valores monetarios de este evento.
eventLocation.storeId Obligatorio Es el código o identificador de la tienda configurado para la ubicación de tu tienda física.
cartData Opcional Carrito de compras asociado y datos de compra a nivel del artículo. Si se proporciona, al menos un elemento en items es obligatorio. Consulta Cómo agregar datos del carrito.
customVariables Opcional Pares clave-valor personalizados asociados a la transacción (como DEPARTMENT). Consulta Variables personalizadas de ventas en la tienda. Puedes configurar customVariables a nivel del evento y del artículo.
destinationReferences Condicionalmente obligatorio Solo se requiere cuando se envían eventos a varios destinos en una sola solicitud.
userId Opcional Es un identificador único para un usuario.
consent Opcional Configuración del consentimiento de la Ley de Mercados Digitales (DMA) para el usuario, que especifica si se otorgó el consentimiento para adUserData y adPersonalization.

Requisitos de identificadores

Obligatorio. Configura uno de los siguientes campos para proporcionar identificadores de usuarios:

  • Completa userData si subes datos del usuario de origen.
  • Completa thirdPartyUserData si eres un socio de datos que sube datos de usuarios de terceros.

Agrega datos del carrito

Propaga el campo cartData del objeto Event con información sobre los elementos asociados al evento.

Estos son los campos del objeto CartData:

items
Obligatorio. Incluye al menos un elemento en esta lista.

Campos de Merchant Center

merchantId, merchantFeedLabel y merchantFeedLanguageCode son opcionales. Configura estos campos si los artículos del evento incluyen productos que existen en varias cuentas de Merchant Center.

Opcional. ID de la cuenta de Merchant Center.
merchantFeedLabel
Opcional. Es la etiqueta del feed del feed de Merchant Center. Las etiquetas de feed te permiten categorizar productos para la segmentación de campañas. Por ejemplo, puedes usar etiquetas del feed para organizar los productos por idioma. Si tu campaña segmenta los productos por país, usa el código de país de 2 letras en formato ISO-3166-1 alpha-2. Ejemplo: US.
merchantFeedLanguageCode
Opcional. Es el código de idioma de la norma ISO 639-1 asociado al feed de Merchant Center en el que se suben tus artículos. Ejemplo: en.

Campos de artículos

Agrega uno o más objetos Item a la lista items de CartData. La lista items no debe estar vacía cuando se proporciona cartData.

Completa los siguientes campos para cada Item:

items.itemId
Opcional. Es un identificador único del elemento.
items.merchantProductId
Opcional. Es el ID del producto en la cuenta de Merchant Center.
items.unitPrice

Opcional. Es el precio unitario de este artículo sin incluir los impuestos, el envío ni los descuentos centrados en el evento (a nivel de la transacción).

Si el artículo tiene un descuento centrado en el artículo, usa el precio por unidad con descuento. Por ejemplo, si un artículo tiene un precio por unidad de 27.67 y un descuento por unidad de 6.66, establece unitPrice en 21.01.

items.quantity

Opcional. Es la cantidad de unidades compradas de este artículo en particular.

Crea el cuerpo de la solicitud

Para crear el cuerpo de la solicitud, combina destinations y events, configura el campo encoding y agrega cualquier otro campo de solicitud que desees incluir, como validateOnly y consent.

Envía la solicitud

Sigue estos pasos para probar una solicitud desde tu navegador:

  1. Selecciona la pestaña REST y haz clic en Abrir en API Explorer para abrir el Explorador de APIs en una nueva pestaña o ventana.
  2. En el cuerpo de la solicitud del Explorador de APIs, reemplaza cada cadena que comience con REPLACE_WITH, como REPLACE_WITH_OPERATING_ACCOUNT_TYPE, por el valor pertinente.
  3. Haz clic en Ejecutar en la parte inferior de la página del Explorador de APIs y completa las indicaciones de autorización para enviar la solicitud.
  4. Establece validateOnly en true para validar la solicitud sin aplicar los cambios. Cuando esté todo listo para aplicar los cambios, configura validateOnly en false.

Envía eventos para varios destinos

Si tus datos contienen eventos para diferentes destinos, puedes enviarlos en la misma solicitud usando referencias de destino. Consulta Límites y cuotas para conocer la cantidad máxima de destinos por solicitud.
