Envoyer des événements

Consultez ce guide pour vous familiariser avec le processus d'envoi des conversions hors connexion ou du suivi avancé des conversions pour les prospects dans Google Ads à l'aide de l'API Data Manager.

Dans ce guide, vous allez effectuer les étapes suivantes :

  1. Préparez un Destination pour recevoir les données d'événement.
  2. Préparez les données d'événement à envoyer.
  3. Créez une requête IngestionService pour les événements.
  4. Envoyez la requête avec Google APIs Explorer.
  5. Comprendre les réponses de réussite et d'échec

Préparer les destinations

Avant de pouvoir envoyer des données, vous devez préparer au moins un Destination pour les données. Voici les champs d'un Destination. Pour en savoir plus et découvrir des exemples de destinations pour différents scénarios, consultez Configurer des destinations.

Sélectionnez l'onglet correspondant à votre cas d'utilisation.

  • Sélectionnez Annonceur si vous utilisez des identifiants pour un compte Google qui est un utilisateur des comptes d'annonceur que vous souhaitez gérer.
  • Sélectionnez Partenaire de données si vous utilisez les identifiants d'un compte Google qui est un utilisateur dans un compte de partenaire de données et que vous souhaitez gérer les comptes d'annonceurs associés à un lien partenaire au compte de partenaire de données. Les comptes partenaires pour les données ne sont émis qu'après avoir été approuvés. Pour commencer, remplissez le formulaire de participation.

Annonceur

operatingAccount

Compte qui reçoit les événements. Il doit s'agir du compte Google Ads responsable de l'action de conversion.

Définissez accountType sur GOOGLE_ADS et accountId sur votre numéro client Google Ads à 10 chiffres (sans tirets).

loginAccount

Compte où le compte Google des identifiants est un utilisateur.

productDestinationId

ID de l'action de conversion Google Ads dans le operatingAccount qui reçoit les événements.

L'action de conversion doit avoir type défini sur UPLOAD_CLICKS. Dans l'UI Google Ads, la source de conversion d'une action de conversion UPLOAD_CLICKS est Site Web (importer à partir des clics).

Partenaire pour les données

operatingAccount

Compte qui reçoit les événements. Il doit s'agir du compte Google Ads responsable de l'action de conversion.

Définissez accountType sur GOOGLE_ADS et accountId sur votre numéro client Google Ads à 10 chiffres (sans tirets).

loginAccount

Compte auquel l'utilisateur des identifiants a accès.

Définissez accountId sur l'ID de votre compte de partenaire pour les données et accountType sur DATA_PARTNER. Google vous fournira l'ID de votre compte partenaire pour les données une fois votre demande de partenariat approuvée.

linkedAccount

Compte avec un lien partenaire établi par le biais duquel l'utilisateur des identifiants a accès à operatingAccount.

Si un parent de operatingAccount est associé à votre compte de partenaire de données, définissez linkedAccount sur le parent de operatingAccount. Si le operatingAccount est directement associé à votre compte partenaire de données, ne définissez pas linkedAccount.

productDestinationId

ID de l'action de conversion Google Ads dans le operatingAccount qui reçoit les événements.

L'action de conversion doit avoir type défini sur UPLOAD_CLICKS. Dans l'UI Google Ads, la source de conversion d'une action de conversion UPLOAD_CLICKS est Site Web (importer à partir des clics).

L'exemple de ce guide montre comment créer une requête qui envoie chaque événement à la même destination. Si vous souhaitez envoyer des événements pour plusieurs destinations dans la même requête, consultez Envoyer des événements pour plusieurs destinations.

Préparer les données d'événement

Avant d'envoyer des données d'événement dans une requête, vous devez les préparer :

  1. Mettez en forme les valeurs brutes comme indiqué dans le guide de mise en forme.
  2. Les identifiants utilisateur tels que les adresses e-mail, les prénoms et les noms de famille doivent être hachés à l'aide de l'algorithme SHA-256 et encodés à l'aide de l'encodage hexadécimal ou Base64.
  3. Créez votre charge utile Event à l'aide des valeurs mises en forme et hachées.

Le tableau suivant présente des exemples de données d'événement, de l'entrée brute à la valeur de charge utile finale, en passant par la mise en forme :

Convertissez les données mises en forme et hachées de chaque événement en Event.

Exigences concernant les champs d'événement

Créez vos événements en respectant les exigences du tableau ci-dessous. Consultez la documentation de référence Event pour obtenir la liste complète des champs disponibles.

Champ État Description
eventTimestamp Obligatoire Heure à laquelle l'événement s'est produit. Consultez Format du code temporel.
transactionId Facultatif Identifiant unique de l'événement de conversion, utilisé pour la déduplication.
eventSource Obligatoire Origine de l'événement. Définissez ce paramètre sur une valeur d'énumération EventSource valide (telle que WEB ou CALL).
conversionValue Facultatif Valeur monétaire associée à la conversion.
currency Facultatif Code de devise ISO 4217 à trois lettres (par exemple, USD ou EUR) associé aux valeurs monétaires de cet événement.
cartData Facultatif Panier associé et données d'achat au niveau des articles Si vous fournissez des éléments dans items, au moins un d'entre eux doit être obligatoire. Consultez Ajouter des données du panier.
destinationReferences Obligatoire sous certaines conditions Obligatoire uniquement lorsque vous envoyez des événements vers plusieurs destinations dans une même requête.
userProperties Facultatif Informations sur l'utilisateur évalué au moment de l'événement, comme customerType (NEW ou RETURNING) ou customerValueBucket.
userId Facultatif identifiant unique d'un utilisateur.
consent Facultatif Paramètres de consentement de l'utilisateur pour le règlement sur les marchés numériques (DMA), indiquant si le consentement est accordé pour adUserData et adPersonalization.

Exigences concernant les identifiants

Obligatoire. Vous devez définir au moins l'un des éléments suivants :

Comment Google traite les données multisources

Pour une même action de conversion, Google Ads utilise transactionId afin de dédupliquer les événements de conversion envoyés depuis différentes sources (comme la balise de votre site Web et les demandes d'importation de l'API Data Manager). Le tableau suivant explique comment les données de vos demandes d'ingestion sont traitées.

Scénario Champ de données Comment sont-elles traitées ?
transactionId CORRESPOND à un événement de balise existant conversionValue (avec currency)

Mise à jour. La valeur conversionValue (avec currency) de Event remplace la valeur d'origine enregistrée par la balise.

Remarque : Les modifications de la valeur sont désactivées pendant la période d'essai initiale de 14 jours pour une action de conversion. La valeur de la balise ne sera pas remplacée dans les rapports Google Ads tant que la période d'essai ne sera pas terminée.

transactionId CORRESPOND à un événement de balise existant Données fournies par l'utilisateur dans userData, comme l'adresse e-mail, le numéro de téléphone ou l'adresse postale.
  • Données complétées si elles sont manquantes : si la balise Google a enregistré la conversion, mais n'a pas réussi à capturer les données fournies par l'utilisateur, le système insérera les données fournies lors de votre importation hors connexion.

  • Ignorées si des données de balise existent : si la balise Google a réussi à capturer les données fournies par l'utilisateur sur le site, toutes les données ultérieures ou différentes importées hors connexion pour cette même transaction sont ignorées (elles n'écrasent pas les données de balise existantes et ne leur sont pas ajoutées).

transactionId CORRESPOND à un événement de balise existant Autres champs que conversionValue, currency ou userData (par exemple, adIdentifiers.gclid) Ignorée. Les autres valeurs de champ de votre source de données supplémentaire n'écraseront pas les valeurs de champ initialement enregistrées par votre balise Google pour les transactions mises en correspondance.
transactionId ne correspond à AUCUN événement existant Toutes les données fournies (par exemple, userData, conversionValue, currency)

Permettent de créer un événement de conversion. Google tentera ensuite d'attribuer cette nouvelle conversion à un clic sur une annonce à l'aide des identifiants que vous avez fournis (comme adIdentifiers.gclid ou userData).

Remarque : Pendant la période d'essai initiale de 14 jours, ces nouvelles conversions apparaîtront dans vos rapports, mais ne seront pas utilisées pour les enchères. À la fin de la période d'essai, elles deviendront automatiquement enchérissables.

Ajouter des attributs de session

Ajoutez des attributs de session lorsque d'autres identifiants d'annonces, tels qu'un GCLID ou un WBRAID, ne sont pas disponibles. Vous pouvez également inclure des attributs de session en plus des autres identifiants publicitaires.

Les attributs de session donnent davantage de contexte et d'indications sur la manière dont un utilisateur interagit avec votre site. Cela peut rendre plus précis la mesure des conversions, le reporting et les enchères.

Choisissez une approche pour envoyer les attributs de session :

  • Recommandation : définissez le champ sessionAttributes de adIdentifiers sur la chaîne d'attributs de session encodée en base64 capturée dans un envoi de formulaire.

  • Autre solution : capturez les champs d'attributs de session individuels et ajoutez chaque attribut à l'événement dans les champs experimentalFields et adIdentifiers. N'utilisez cette option que si vous ne parvenez pas à capturer la chaîne d'attributs de session encodée.

Définissez le champ sessionAttributes de adIdentifiers sur la chaîne d'attributs de session encodée en base64. Suivez les instructions de la section Capturer les attributs de session pour modifier les pages d'envoi de formulaire afin de capturer la chaîne encodée.

Alternative

Si vous ne parvenez pas à capturer la chaîne d'attributs de session encodée, ajoutez un ExperimentalField pour chaque attribut de session à la liste experimentalFields. Ajoutez également le user-agent au champ landingPageDeviceInfo du champ adIdentifiers.

experimentalFields :

Obligatoire : ajoutez une entrée de paire clé-valeur à experimentalFields pour chaque clé requise :

  • gad_source :
  • gad_campaignid
  • session_start_time_usec

Vous pouvez également ajouter une paire clé/valeur pour chaque clé facultative :

adIdentifiers :

Obligatoire : incluez le user-agent de la page de destination dans le champ userAgent de adIdentifiers.landingPageDeviceInfo.

Ajouter des données de panier

Renseignez le champ cartData de Event avec des informations sur les articles associés à l'événement. Utilisez ce champ lorsque vous envoyez des paramètres de conversions avec données du panier Google Ads.

Champs Merchant Center

Les champs merchantId, merchantFeedLabel et merchantFeedLanguageCode sont tous facultatifs. Définissez ces champs si les articles de l'événement incluent des produits qui existent dans plusieurs comptes Merchant Center.

merchantFeedLabel
Facultatif. Le libellé du flux du flux Merchant Center. Les libellés de flux vous permettent de classer les produits pour le ciblage des campagnes. Par exemple, vous pouvez utiliser des libellés de flux pour organiser les produits par langue. Si votre campagne cible des produits en fonction du pays, utilisez le code pays à deux lettres au format ISO-3166-1 alpha-2. Exemple : US.
merchantFeedLanguageCode
Facultatif. Code de langue ISO 639-1 associé au flux Merchant Center dans lequel vos articles sont importés. Exemple : en.

Champs d'article

Ajoutez un ou plusieurs objets Item à la liste items de CartData. La liste items ne doit pas être vide lorsque cartData est fourni.

Renseignez les champs suivants pour chaque Item :

items.itemId
Obligatoire. Identifiant unique de l'élément.
items.merchantProductId
Obligatoire. L'ID du produit dans le compte Merchant Center.
items.unitPrice

Obligatoire. Prix unitaire de cet article, hors taxes, frais de livraison et remises de portée événement (au niveau de la transaction).

Si l'article bénéficie d'une remise au niveau de l'article, utilisez le prix unitaire remisé. Par exemple, si un article a un prix unitaire de 27.67 et une remise unitaire de 6.66, définissez unitPrice sur 21.01.

items.quantity

Obligatoire. Quantité d'unités achetées pour cet article spécifique.

Créer le corps de la requête

Pour créer le corps de la requête, combinez destinations et events, définissez le champ encoding, puis ajoutez les autres champs de requête que vous souhaitez inclure, tels que validateOnly et consent.

Envoyer la requête

Voici comment essayer une requête depuis votre navigateur :

  1. Sélectionnez l'onglet REST, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir dans l'explorateur d'API pour ouvrir l'explorateur d'API dans un nouvel onglet ou une nouvelle fenêtre.
  2. Dans le corps de la requête de l'API Explorer, remplacez chaque chaîne commençant par REPLACE_WITH, comme REPLACE_WITH_OPERATING_ACCOUNT_TYPE, par la valeur appropriée.
  3. Cliquez sur Exécuter en bas de la page APIs Explorer et suivez les invites d'autorisation pour envoyer la requête.
  4. Définissez validateOnly sur true pour valider la requête sans appliquer les modifications. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à appliquer les modifications, définissez validateOnly sur false.

Envoyer des événements pour plusieurs destinations

Si vos données contiennent des événements pour différentes destinations, vous pouvez les envoyer dans la même requête en utilisant des références de destination. Pour connaître le nombre maximal de destinations par requête, consultez Limites et quotas.

Définissez le destinationReferences de chaque Event pour l'envoyer à une ou plusieurs destinations spécifiques. Par exemple, voici un Event qui ne concerne que le premier Destination. Sa liste destinationReferences ne contient donc que le reference du premier Destination :

Le champ destinationReferences est une liste. Vous pouvez donc spécifier plusieurs destinations pour un événement. Si vous ne définissez pas le destinationReferences d'un Event, l'API Data Manager envoie l'événement à toutes les destinations de la requête.

Si un événement comporte plusieurs destinations, l'API Data Manager envoie les champs concernés à chaque destination. Par exemple, si un événement a une destination Google Ads et une destination Google Analytics, l'API inclut des champs Google Analytics tels que clientId, appInstanceId ou eventName lors de l'envoi de l'événement à la destination Google Analytics, et inclut des champs Google Ads tels que customVariables lors de l'envoi de l'événement à la destination Google Ads.
