Для того чтобы связать местоположения с агентом Business Messages, необходимо подтвердить право собственности на физические объекты через профиль компании .

Управление несколькими локациями

Если бренд является частью сети, необходимо добавить все точки этой сети, для которых у вас есть разрешение на отправку сообщений. Для проверки всех точек сети необходимо отправить один запрос на проверку для одной точки . После проверки этой точки мы автоматически проверим и другие связанные с ней точки, которые вы добавили.

После проверки, если вы добавите дополнительные местоположения, вам потребуется повторно запросить подтверждение местоположения.

Создать местоположение

При создании местоположения API бизнес-коммуникаций возвращает значения местоположения, включая name и testUrls .

Проверьте местоположение

У каждого агента есть тестовые URL-адреса, которые позволяют увидеть, как выглядит диалог с этим агентом для пользователей, и дают возможность проверить вашу инфраструктуру обмена сообщениями.

Объект TestUrl имеет атрибуты url и surface . Чтобы протестировать URL-адрес местоположения на устройстве iOS, используйте тестовый URL-адрес со значением surface равным SURFACE_IOS_MAPS . Открытие URL-адреса на устройстве iOS с установленным приложением Google Maps открывает полноценный диалог с соответствующим агентом.

На устройствах Android есть два тестовых URL-адреса. URL-адреса со surface SURFACE_ANDROID_MAPS открывают диалоги в Google Maps и представляют собой точки входа в диалог, отображаемые в Google Maps. URL-адреса со surface SURFACE_ANDROID_WEB открывают диалоги в наложенном диалоговом окне и представляют все остальные точки входа.

Обновить местоположение

Для обновления местоположения необходимо выполнить PATCH-запрос к API бизнес-коммуникаций. При выполнении вызова API необходимо указать имена редактируемых полей в качестве значений для параметра URL "updateMask".

Например, если вы обновляете поля defaultLocale и agent, параметр URL "updateMask" будет иметь вид "updateMask=defaultLocale,agent".
