پس از دریافت به‌روزرسانی ماه مه 2025 و راه‌اندازی موفقیت‌آمیز به‌روزرسانی پس از دستگاه، بیلد اندروید 15 در اسلات غیرفعال ( به‌روزرسانی‌های یکپارچه برای اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد اسلات‌ها) دستگاه قرار می‌گیرد. اسلات غیرفعال حاوی یک بوت لودر قدیمی است که نسخه ضد بازگشت آن افزایش نیافته است. اگر اسلات فعال با یک بیلد فلش شود که بوت نمی‌شود، مکانیسم بازگشتی به‌روزرسانی‌های یکپارچه آغاز می‌شود و دستگاه سعی می‌کند از اسلات غیرفعال بوت شود. از آنجایی که اسلات غیرفعال حاوی بوت لودر قدیمی است، دستگاه وارد وضعیت غیر قابل بوت می شود.
