बदलाव होने की तारीख और समय.
बदलाव करने वाला उपयोगकर्ता.
बदलाव किस तरह का है.
बदलाव के टाइप का इस्तेमाल करके, रिपोर्ट को तारीख और फ़िल्टर के हिसाब से सेगमेंट में बांटा जा सकता है.
