Derives a MediaTensors container from media values in given input data.

Args
input_data	The input data to derive the media tensors from.
model_spec	The model specification.
calibration_period	The resolved ROI calibration period, of shape (n_media_times, n_media_channels), or None if the model is not calibrated over a restricted period. Resolve this from ModelContext.compiled_roi_calibration_period rather than reading the deprecated ModelSpec.roi_calibration_period directly, so that a declaratively configured calibration period is honored.
