أداة تتبُّع المشاكل هي أداة تُستخدَم داخليًا في Google لتتبُّع الأخطاء وطلبات ميزات أثناء تطوير المنتجات. وتتوفّر خارج Google لاستخدام
المستخدمين الخارجيين والشركا الخارجيين الذين يحتاجون إلى التعاون مع فِرق Google
في مشاريع معيّنة.
"أداة تتبُّع المشاكل" ليست أداة تتبُّع مشاكل للأغراض العامة، ولا يتم تقديمها كأحد
منتجات المستهلك للفرق الخارجية التي تريد استخدامها لتتبُّع
مشاكلها. لا يمكنك استخدام هذه الأداة كمكان عام لإرسال ملاحظات حول

الجمهور المستهدَف
مخصّص لتتبُّع المشاكل مجموعتَين من المستخدمين:
- المستخدمون العلنيون لمجموعة محدودة من المشاريع الموافَق عليها التي تحدّدها Google
- المستخدمون الشركاء الذين يتعاونون مع Google في مشاريع معيّنة
يحتوي "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" على أذونات التحكّم في الوصول التي تحدّد المستخدمين الذين يمكنهم العثور على المشاكل
والاطّلاع عليها وإنشاؤها وتعديلها لكل مشروع. تحدّد Google هذه الأذونات على أساس كل مشروع على حدة. لا يمكن للمستخدمين غير التابعين لشركة Google إضافة مشاريع جديدة إلى "أداة تتبُّع المشاكل" أو إدارة الأذونات.

المستخدمون العلنيون هم مستخدمون أو مطوّرون لمشاريع معيّنة حدّدت فيها Google
"أداة تتبُّع المشاكل" كأداة تتبُّع المشاكل. لا يمكن للمستخدمين والمطوّرين الذين يعملون على
المشاريع التي لا يكون فيها "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" هو أداة التتبُّع المعتمَدة استخدام هذا النظام
لتتبُّع مشاكلهم.
يمكن للمستخدمين العلنيين الوصول إلى "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" من خلال عنوان URL التالي:

مستخدمو الشركاء
المستخدمون الشركاء هم مستخدمون من شركات أو مؤسسات تتعاون مع Google في مشاريع معيّنة تستخدم "أداة تتبُّع المشاكل".
على مستخدمي الشركاء اتّباع تعليمات الوصول الخاصة بالشركاء ويمكنهم الوصول إلى "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" على عنوان URL التالي: https://partnerissuetracker.corp.google.com.
