オーディエンスに提供するコンテンツの種類が複数ある場合は、Google フォームを使用して、受け取るコンテンツをユーザーが選択できるようにします。このソリューションを使用すると、ユーザーは興味のあるトピックを選択し、選択したコンテンツを自動的にメールで送信できます。

仕組み

このスクリプトは、ユーザーがフォームを送信するたびに実行されるイベント ドリブン トリガーをインストールします。フォームが送信されるたびに、スクリプトによって Google ドキュメントのテンプレートからメールが作成され、送信されます。メールには、ユーザーの名前と選択したコンテンツが含まれます。提供するコンテンツは、URL で参照されている限り、どのような種類のコンテンツでもかまいません。

Apps Script サービス

このソリューションでは、次のサービスを使用します。

• スクリプト サービス - フォームが送信されるたびに配信されるイベント ドリブン トリガーをインストールします。
• Document サービス - スクリプトがメールの作成に使用するドキュメント テンプレートを開きます。
• メールサービス - ユーザーの名前とコンテンツの選択を含むメールを作成して送信します。
• スプレッドシート サービス - スクリプトがメールを送信した後、[フォームのレスポンス] シートに確認を追加します。

前提条件

このサンプルを使用するには、次の前提条件を満たす必要があります。

• Google アカウント（Google Workspace アカウントには管理者の承認が必要になる場合があります）。
• インターネットにアクセスできるウェブブラウザ。

スクリプトを設定する

1. 次のボタンをクリックして、「キュレートされたコンテンツの送信」スプレッドシートのコピーを作成します。このソリューション用の Apps Script プロジェクトは、スプレッドシートに添付されています。

2. コピーしたスプレッドシートで、[拡張機能] > [Apps Script] をクリックします。

3. 関数のプルダウンで [installTrigger] を選択します。

4. [実行] をクリックします。

5. プロンプトが表示されたら、スクリプトを承認します。 OAuth 同意画面に「このアプリは確認されていません」という警告が表示された場合は、[詳細設定] > [{プロジェクト名} に移動（安全でない）] を選択します。

重要: installTrigger を複数回実行すると、スクリプトは複数のトリガーを作成し、ユーザーがフォームを送信したときにそれぞれメールを送信します。余分なトリガーを削除してメールの重複を防ぐには、[トリガー ] をクリックします。追加のトリガーを右クリックして、[トリガーを削除] をクリックします。

スクリプトを実行する

1. スプレッドシートに戻り、[Tools] > [Manage form] > [Go to live form] をクリックします。
2. フォームに必要事項を記入し、[送信] をクリックします。
3. 選択したコンテンツへのリンクが記載されたメールが届いていないか確認します。
