Reporting Production Errors and Downtime

If you have an urgent issue which you believe is caused by outages or regressions in the Google Apps APIs, please make a post in the relevant the Google Apps Discussion Forums and describe the problem in detail. You should use 'PROD:' in the post subject to indicate it's an urgent issue.

Making Feature Requests

Have a suggestion on how to improve the Marketplace or need a missing feature or API? Please post your suggestions to the Marketplace Product Ideas site. You can also vote on features that have been suggested by other vendors and developers.

Getting Business and Policy Support

For business and policy related questions including listing policy, approval process, marketing and other business topics, please post in the Marketplace Community forum.
