Cómo funciona

La secuencia de comandos lee los criterios negativos de una hoja de cálculo de Google. Crea una lista de criterios negativos compartidos en la cuenta de Google Ads y la sincroniza con los criterios de la hoja de cálculo. Se mantienen listas separadas para las palabras clave y las posiciones. Las listas se crean de forma individual en cada cuenta administrada y se sincronizan en cada cuenta para que coincidan con la configuración proporcionada en la hoja de cálculo.

Luego, la secuencia de comandos se asegura de que la lista de criterios negativos se aplique a todas las campañas de la cuenta. Si es necesario, puedes limitar la lista de campañas si especificas una etiqueta en la hoja de cálculo de configuración para filtrar la inclusión cuando se procesan campañas.

De manera opcional, la secuencia de comandos envía un correo electrónico con un resumen de las acciones a una dirección especificada en la hoja de cálculo de configuración.

Configuración

  • Actualiza spreadsheet_url en tu secuencia de comandos.

  • La secuencia de comandos procesa todas las campañas ENABLED y PAUSED de una cuenta de forma predeterminada. Para limitar la lista de campañas procesadas, sigue estos pasos:

    1. Cree una etiqueta en cada cuenta que desee procesar.
    2. Aplica esta etiqueta a la lista de campañas que se procesarán.
    3. Especifica esta etiqueta en la celda C3 de la hoja de cálculo de configuración.
  • La secuencia de comandos procesa todas las campañas a las que puedes acceder desde tu cuenta de administrador de forma predeterminada. Para limitarlo a un subconjunto específico de cuentas, especifica una lista separada por comas de los IDs de cliente (en el formato XXX-XXX-XXXX) en la celda C7.

  • Especifica una dirección de correo electrónico en la celda C6 para recibir un correo electrónico de resumen cuando la secuencia de comandos termine de ejecutarse.
