Starts Identity Verification for a given verification program type. Statuses are returned.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

customerId	string Required. The Id of the customer for whom we are creating this verification.

verificationProgram	enum (IdentityVerificationProgram) Required. The verification program type for which we want to start the verification.

If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.
