In the last years Silvia has been designing different products for governments such as United States, Canada, Australia, and Norway and also for other institutions like the European Council, everything within Scytl. She is currently involved in an Online Voting product which will be applicable in Switzerland and will be ready to be used in any country of the world.
She comes from the information and research field, as she studied Journalism and Library Science and Documentation, being specialized in Usability and Information Architecture through a post graduate degree. She also made her specialization in Human Computer Interaction at Stanford University.
She also does contributions in Hearts Magazines and has some experience in hotels search engines such as Toprural (now Home Away) and BudgetPlaces, and in some NGOs and travel agencies in Iceland.
