Rahul is a designer, prototyper and hacker at Q42, a 60-person tech agency with offices in the Netherlands and California. Since joining in 2006, he worked with clients in various industries before starting the interaction engineering role and leading product design for Q42's prototyping app, Handcraft.
Since 2014 he has been running the US office of Q42 based in Mountain View, focusing on helping startups and corporations with their technology challenges. Alongside Q42's standard strategic technical consulting and development, he runs disruptive Jumpstarts focused on early stage prototyping with incubating startups like Spinn, Game of Drones and MOTI as well as groups inside larger organizations such as KQED and the Exploratorium.
Besides running Q42 in the US, Rahul is also a big fan of the Meteor platform, organising meetups and speaking about it around the world. As a "designer who codes", he gets excited by any platform focused on ease of use and the user experience.
