Franco has more than 15 years designing experiences and product strategies for companies like P&G, GSK, Unilever, VW, Zurich and agencies like Grey Worldwide, G2, Edelman, Cuoma, Name and MG54.
Currently, he works at Banco Galicia, leading projects related to: innovation, user experience, customer experience, digital transformation, analytical marketing and artificial intelligence. He’s also an advisor for UXBA (lab) of the Buenos Aires City Government and experimental startups
He has been professor and researcher for more than ten years in different universities like UADE, AAP, ISP (Buenos Aires) and IED, UAB, UB (Barcelona). He was also one of the founders of the degree in multimedia and interaction design at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and co-directed the innovation center.
He is a doctoral candidate in communication, with a master's degree in business management (MBA), a postgraduate degree in communication design and a degree in graphic design.
