Andrew is a researcher and strategist who has worked on future product concepts with big B2C brands like Gillette, Samsung and HP. More recently, he started the agency ZombieLabs to help startups such as Osper and Moni (and bigger brands like Harper Collins and Waitrose) understand their customers and develop ideas for new products and services. Now he's getting his teeth into B2B customer development at DueDil – an exciting business data start-up in London. There, he leads customer insights across sales, marketing and product. This involves conducting research to find customer pain points and running experimental data projects to validate product ideas.
Andrew studied product design engineering, has a PhD in design evolution from Cambridge, likes to doodle, and does a lot of work to support young creatives and entrepreneurs in the UK. He also loves hockey (non-ice) and snowboarding.
