The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

advertiserId	string (int64 format) Required. The ID of the DV360 advertiser to which the fetched negative keyword list belongs.
negativeKeywordListId	string (int64 format) Required. The ID of the negative keyword list to fetch.
