Biography
I am having 3+ years of experience in Cloud (Google and AWS) support. I am working on TOP 50 customers high priority cases where quick and prompt resolution is necessary with technical expertise. Before Google, I was working for managed partner where doing cloud cost optimizing, building solutions and support the solutions. Also provided configuration mentorship sessions for Startups in my previous jobs as aiming them to convert in regular customer.
