Andrew is the Founder of Muir Wood, a London-based agency that researches unmet customer needs and generates ideas for new products. With over 10 years of experience in mixed methods research, his passion for studying people began during his time as Ph.D. in the evolution of consumer products. Since then, he has worked across multiple sectors for agencies, start-ups, and corporations - including Mozilla and Ford. Andrew is an expert in conducting rigorous customer research and utilizing his findings to bring forward keen product decisions. As a Google Design Sprint Master, he believes that with enough Sharpies and Post-It Notes, anything is possible.
