Quản lý khóa học

Tài nguyên Course đại diện cho một lớp, chẳng hạn như "MATH 127". Tệp này bao gồm các trường như name, ownerId và courseState. Tài nguyên Course là tài nguyên gốc của nhiều tài nguyên API Lớp học khác.

Tạo khoá học

Bạn có thể tạo một khoá học bằng phương thức courses.create(). Khi bạn tạo một khoá học, một số trường như name và ownerId là bắt buộc. Bạn có thể tuỳ ý thêm siêu dữ liệu như description, section hoặc room.

Mỗi khoá học được Classroom chỉ định một mã nhận dạng duy nhất. Bạn cũng có thể tham chiếu đến các khoá học bằng bí danh. Hãy xem hướng dẫn quản lý bí danh để biết thông tin về cách thêm bí danh ở phạm vi dự án và ở phạm vi miền vào khoá học.

Bạn nên lưu ý những điểm sau đây khi tạo khoá học bằng API Lớp học:

• Tạo bí danh bằng cách đặt trường id của khoá học:

  • Bạn nên thêm một bí danh vào khoá học. Khi tạo Course, bạn có thể chỉ định tên đại diện trong trường id. Thao tác này sẽ tự động tạo một bí danh cho khoá học. Bạn cũng có thể thêm bí danh cho một khoá học bằng cách sử dụng phương thức courses.aliases.create().
  • Xin lưu ý rằng khi đọc dữ liệu khoá học bằng phương thức courses.get() hoặc courses.list(), trường id sẽ trả về mã nhận dạng do Lớp học chỉ định. Bạn có thể truy xuất danh sách bí danh cho một khoá học bằng cách gửi yêu cầu đến phương thức courses.aliases.list().

• Chỉ quản trị viên miền mới có thể thay mặt người dùng khác trong miền của họ tạo khoá học: Mọi người dùng khác sẽ gặp lỗi 403 nếu chỉ định một người dùng khác với chính họ trong trường ownerId.

• Nếu bạn không chỉ định trường courseState, thì trường này sẽ được đặt thành PROVISIONED theo mặc định: Nếu khoá học ở trạng thái PROVISIONED, thì giáo viên được xác định trong trường ownerId phải chấp nhận lớp học trong giao diện người dùng của Lớp học hoặc khoá học phải được cập nhật thông qua API để thay đổi courseState thành ACTIVE. Học viên có thể tham gia các khoá học ACTIVE.

• Tài khoản người tiêu dùng (*@gmail.com) không thể tạo khoá học ở trạng thái ACTIVE: Các yêu cầu tạo khoá học ở trạng thái này sẽ trả về lỗi 403: PERMISSION_DENIED.

Cập nhật thông tin về khoá học

API Lớp học cho phép bạn cập nhật một số siêu dữ liệu của khoá học sau khi tạo khoá học. Việc cập nhật thông tin về khoá học có thể rất quan trọng khi quản lý người dùng đã xoá trong một miền. Ví dụ: nếu một quản trị viên miền phải xoá tài khoản của giáo viên trong Bảng điều khiển dành cho quản trị viên của Google, thì họ nên chuyển quyền sở hữu khoá học trước khi xoá. Việc này giúp giảm thiểu rủi ro mất quyền truy cập vào khoá học.

Cảnh báo: Nếu tài khoản của chủ sở hữu khoá học bị xoá trước khi quyền sở hữu được chuyển cho một giáo viên đồng hành, thì một số tính năng của lớp học và API cho khoá học đó sẽ không hoạt động. Hãy xem phần cập nhật chủ sở hữu khoá học để biết thêm thông tin chi tiết.

Bạn có thể cập nhật các trường sau bất cứ lúc nào sau khi tạo khoá học:

Quản trị viên miền có thể sử dụng phương thức courses.patch() để cập nhật trường ownerId và chuyển quyền sở hữu một khoá học cho một giáo viên mới trong miền của họ.
