Les écrans de voiture offrent aux applications un moyen unique de toucher les conducteurs et les passagers lors de leurs trajets quotidiens, que ce soit en conduisant ou à l'arrêt. Avec Android pour voitures, les développeurs peuvent proposer des expériences d'application de deux manières:
