Register as a partner

Before you can send messages to users, you need to register as a partner with RCS Business Messaging (RBM). As a partner, you can create agents for brands that you manage and send messages through those agents.

Agent A programmatic entity that sends messages to users on behalf of a brand. The agent includes any interface that users interact with and any code or infrastructure required to power the interaction. Agents can provide a simple one-way experience, like sending a notification, or they can be conversational and react to users' responses in a back-and-forth exchange.

Complete the registration process to sign up for an RBM partner account. With a partner account, your development team can access the RBM API and the Business Communications Developer Console to create and manage RBM agents.

Note: If you're a carrier who needs to review agents for launch on your network, you need access to the RBM Administration Console. Follow these steps to get access.
