Google Play Custom App Publishing API를 사용하면 기업 고객이 EMM 콘솔이나 IDE에서 바로 비공개 앱 (맞춤 앱이라고도 함)을 관리 Google Play 스토어에 게시할 수 있으므로 IT 관리자가 조직에 비공개 앱을 게시할 때마다 Google Play Console에 액세스하지 않아도 됩니다.
이 API를 통해 게시한 앱은 영구적으로 비공개이므로 공개할 수 없습니다. 영구적으로 비공개 앱은 간소화된 인증 절차를 거치게 됩니다. 게시된 앱이 관리 Google Play 스토어에 5분 이내에 표시되는 반면, Play Console에서는 2시간 이상 표시됩니다.
