API 利用規約の 4 条（禁止事項）に加え、Publishing API は Google Play デベロッパー販売 / 配布契約に基づいて行われる製品の販売または配布に関連する自身の活動のみに使用するものとします。第三者のデベロッパー アカウントを利用して Publishing API にアクセスする行為、Publishing API を使用してデベロッパー ツールまたはサービスで第三者の代わりにアプリを公開する行為、第三者が代わりに Publishing API にアクセスできるように自身のデベロッパー アカウントを共有する行為を行わないものとします。この規定に違反した場合、Publishing API、デベロッパー アカウントの利用の一時停止または停止、この規定に違反して作成、アップロード、公開、配布、更新したサードパーティ製アプリの一時停止または削除が行われる可能性があります。
