customer string The unique ID for the customer's G Suite account. As an account administrator, you can also use the my_customer alias to represent your account's customer ID.


This request requires authorization with the following scope (read more about authentication and authorization).


Request body

In the request body, supply a Resources.calendars resource with the following properties:

buildingId string Unique ID for the building a resource is located in. writable
capacity integer Capacity of a resource, number of seats in a room. writable
featureInstances string Instances of features for the calendar resource. writable
floorName string Name of the floor a resource is located on. writable
floorSection string Name of the section within a floor a resource is located in. writable
resourceCategory string The category of the calendar resource. Either CONFERENCE_ROOM or OTHER. Legacy data is set to CATEGORY_UNKNOWN.

Acceptable values are:
  • "OTHER"
resourceDescription string Description of the resource, visible only to admins. writable
resourceType string The type of the calendar resource, intended for non-room resources. writable
userVisibleDescription string Description of the resource, visible to users and admins. writable


If successful, this method returns a Resources.calendars resource in the response body.
