DoubleClick Ad Exchange for Buyers support via Chat is now available! Get connected in real-time to a troubleshooting support specialist 24 hrs a day Monday to Friday. To access it, simply visit the DoubleClick Ad Exchange product interface at https://www.google.com/adx, click the question mark (?) on the top-right corner and select Live Chat under Contact Us. Alternatively, Chat is also available from the Ad Exchange for Buyers Help Center. When visiting the Help Center, click on Contact Us, select Ad Exchange and afterwards, Chat. Note: API or client library support issues are not supported via Chat.
