Método GetWaitlistEntry

Esse método retorna uma entrada na lista de espera para um usuário com base no ID fornecido. A Central de ações vai chamar isso periodicamente para receber atualizações sobre a entrada do usuário na lista de espera. As entradas na lista de espera devem ser recuperáveis por 30 dias a partir da data de criação.
