יצירה והעלאה של פידים של זמינות לפגישות

כשיוצרים ומעלים פידים של זמינות לפגישות, צריך לפעול לפי ההוראות הבאות:

  • פועלים לפי המפרט שמתואר בפיד נתוני הזמינות לפגישות עבור קבצים של נתוני זמינות לפגישות. מומלץ להשתמש בשמות ייחודיים של קבצים עם נתוני זמינות לפגישות לכל העלאה. כוללים חותמת זמן בשם הקובץ, לדוגמה, appointment availability_1633621547.json.
  • בתיאור של קבוצת הקבצים, מגדירים את השדה name לערך appointment.availability. דוגמה לקובץ התיאור מופיעה בדוגמת ה-JSON. מומלץ להשתמש בשמות ייחודיים של קובצי תיאור לכל העלאה. כוללים חותמת זמן בשם הקובץ, לדוגמה, appointment availability_1633621547.filesetdesc.json. צריך להעלות את קובץ התיאור לשרת SFTP גנרי.
  • העלאת פידים לשרת SFTP כללי כל 30 דקות כעדכונים מלאים.
  • פרטי שרת SFTP מופיעים בקטע הגדרה > פידים בפורטל השותפים.

  • אפשר לראות את סטטוס הטמעת הפיד בקטע פידים > היסטוריה בפורטל השותפים.

העלאת פידים מצטברים

בנוסף, אפשר להשתמש בפידים מצטברים כדי להעלות רק את השינויים שבוצעו בזמינות של השותפים.

כדי להעלות פיד מצטבר, צריך להגדיר את הערך is_incremental: true לפחות באחד מחלונות הזמינות בפיד. אם בחלק מהפידים ההגדרה is_incremental היא true ובחלק מהפידים היא false, המערכת תתייחס לכל הפידים כפידים מצטברים.

עדכונים מצטברים מאפשרים את הפעולות הבאות:

ללא שינוי
לא כוללים את מזהה הזמינות של ישויות שלא חל בהן שינוי.
עדכון הזמינות
כדי לעדכן זמינות אחת, מעלים את רשומת הזמינות הספציפית (אותו availability_id) שרוצים לשנות, ומשנים את השדות הרצויים.
מחיקת זמינות
אם רשומה של זמינות כבר לא זמינה או שצריך למחוק אותה, מעלים את רשומת הזמינות הזו (אותו availability_id) עם spots_available שהערך שלו הוא 0, והמערכת תמחק אותה באופן אוטומטי. בנוסף, כדי להסיר את כל הנתונים של מוכר או ישות, צריך להגדיר את כל משבצות הזמינות שלהם spots_available ל-0. כך המוכר או הישות יוסרו מהמאגר של נתוני הזמינות.
הוספת זמינות
אם מוסיפים משבצות זמינות חדשות, צריך לכלול בהעלאת הפיד את רשומת הזמינות החדשה עם availability_id חדש וייחודי. המערכת מתייחסת אליו כאילו הוא נכלל בפיד רגיל.
