Khách hàng yêu cầu tạo một lượt đặt trước sau khi kiểm tra tình trạng còn phòng của vị trí đã yêu cầu và nhận được rằng vị trí đó còn trống. Phần phụ trợ của đối tác sẽ đặt trước cho vị trí được yêu cầu và trả về vị trí đó khi thành công hoặc lỗi logic nghiệp vụ (ví dụ: nếu khu vực đó không có sẵn hoặc khi thanh toán không hợp lệ, v.v.) khi không thành công.
Thông tin về người dùng và khoản thanh toán sẽ được cung cấp ở bước này.
